Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

SafeStep is a digital job safety analysis (JSA) app for oilfield and field crews, operated by DIO Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. These terms explain the text messages SafeStep sends, how people agree to receive them, and how to stop them. They are part of our Terms of Service and are covered by our Privacy Policy.

1. The SafeStep messaging program

What we send	Sign-in codes: one-time codes sent when a user enters their own mobile number on the SafeStep app sign-in screen and taps Send code. Demo and pilot requests: replies, scheduling and reminders for businesses that request a demo or pilot on safesteptech.com and check the SMS consent box. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency	Varies. Sign-in codes are sent only when you request one. Demo and pilot messages are usually 1 to 5 per request.
Cost	Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
Stop	Reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation message and no further messages. If you stop sign-in codes, you may not be able to sign in to the app by text.

2. How people opt in

We text only people who give us their own mobile number and agree to receive messages, in one of these two ways. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.

4. Your information

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Opt-in data and consent are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages for us. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and signal.
